Responsibilities: DESIGN: The candidate will assist in the interior design of model homes throughout California. This role will include selection of color schemes, surfaces, furnishings, and decorative accessories. ORDERS: This candidate will assist our order department with the placement and tracking of project orders. In this role, the candidate will conduct plan checks, aide with product reselects, and facilitate the organization of order records. SPACE PLANNING: The chosen candidate will provide support to the drafting team. These duties may include development of space plans, editing and compiling project plans, and preparing for presentations. INSTALLATIONS: When required, the candidate will assist with the installation of model home projects.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design or allied field of study

Possess a strong working knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and Sketchup
Demonstrate attention to detail, with the ability to self-audit work product
