About Us
Desa Design is one of the largest and most respected model
home merchandising companies in California. We work for the largest building
companies in the nation. Active markets include the San Francisco Bay Area,
the Sacramento metropolitan area, Southern California, the Central Valley,
Reno and Las Vegas, Nevada, Washington, and Minnesota home building markets.

Desa Design has been furnishing model homes since 1976. We can provide a wealth of experience unmatched by many
other companies. Since Desa is a family company, there is a continuity of
personnel and a consistency of design excellence.
Service
Desa Design is able to provide model home design,
floorplan critique, marketing consultation, and interior color and upgrade
selection. We have a support staff that handles all scheduling, shipping,
installation, etc. In addition to award winning design, we also provide the
highest level of service.
Merchandising
Desa Design practices lifestyle merchandising. A model
home merchandiser is different from an interior designer. Rather than simply
decorating the houses, we use demographic research, traffic flow analysis,
and market research, in addition to interior decorating, in order to design
a model home that appeals to the buyer.
